Job Description

Brainbridge International School is seeking detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounts Executives to support day-to-day financial and accounting operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting compliance, and ensuring smooth financial processes within the institution.

The Finance & Accounts Executive will work closely with the finance team and administration to support effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal controls
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments
• Manage invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
• Support payroll, fee reconciliation, and MIS reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in educational institutions is an added advantage

Qualifications

• CA Inter / Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
• Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered
