Below is a detailed guide to our admissions process, from the initial inquiry to final enrollment.
Families interested in Brainbridge International School are encouraged to begin the process by submitting an inquiry through our website or by contacting our Admissions Office directly. This initial step allows us to provide you with detailed information about our programs, values, and what makes Brainbridge unique.
After submitting an inquiry, families will be invited to tour the campus. We highly recommend visiting our campus in person to experience the learning environment and see our state-of-the-art facilities. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to meet our teachers, observe classrooms, and explore our academic and extracurricular offerings.

For families who are unable to visit in person, we offer comprehensive virtual tours, giving you a chance to see our campus from the comfort of your home.
To further support families in their decision-making process, we conduct regular orientation sessions where parents can ask questions, understand our academic philosophy, and learn more about Brainbridge’s mission, vision, and curriculum.
After deciding that Brainbridge International School is the right fit for your child, you can complete the application through our online portal. The application form will ask for detailed information about the student and the family, including previous academic records, if applicable.
A non-refundable application fee must be submitted along with the form to process your child’s application.
Families are required to upload the following documents:

Each academic year has specific deadlines for submitting applications, assessments, and other formalities.
Once the application is submitted, applicants are invited for an entrance assessment to determine their academic readiness and fit for Brainbridge International School. The assessment format varies based on the grade level:
Young applicants will engage in a fun, informal assessment with our experienced early childhood educators. The goal is to evaluate basic language skills, cognitive abilities, and social interaction. Parents may also be asked to attend an orientation to discuss their child’s development and any specific needs.
Students applying for Primary or Middle Year Program will undergo a more formal written assessment covering core subjects such as English, Mathematics, and Science. This helps us to determine the student’s academic readiness and enrollment.
Once you receive the offer, you will need to accept the offer and sign the admission agreement to secure the seat.
Upon accepting the offer, families must complete the enrollment process, which includes the payment of applicable fees. At Brainbridge, we offer various payment options to accommodate different financial situations. Our Admissions Office will guide you through this process to ensure all formalities are completed.

Tuition fees are structured based on the grade level. We offer flexible payment plans to accommodate families’ financial needs. Information about fee schedules and payment methods will be shared upon enrollment.
To ensure a smooth transition into the Brainbridge community, we organize an orientation for all new students. During this session, students will meet their teachers, explore the school environment, and get introduced to their peers.
Students will spend time in their new classroom, interacting with their peers and learning about daily routines.
Parents will also be invited to an orientation where they will receive valuable information about the school’s policies, schedules, and communication channels. This session will include a Q&A session with our leadership team, ensuring parents feel confident and supported as they join the Brainbridge community.
