Job Description

Brainbridge International School is looking for experienced and proactive Operations Managers to oversee and streamline day-to-day campus operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth administrative functioning, operational efficiency, and high service standards across all school operations.

The Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership, academic teams, and administrative departments to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-managed school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily school operations and administrative functions
• Coordinate with multiple departments including facilities, transport, procurement, HR, and security
• Ensure smooth functioning of campus infrastructure and support services
• Develop and implement operational SOPs, processes, and quality standards
• Monitor budgets, vendor performance, and operational efficiency
  
• Lead, guide, and manage operations teams and support staff
• Handle operational issues, escalations, and problem resolution
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and institutional policies

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or administration
• Mandatory experience in team handling and leadership
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Experience in educational institutions, campuses, or large facilities is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification
• Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered
