Brainbridge International School is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Admissions to lead and manage the school’s admissions function. This leadership role is critical in shaping enrollment strategies, strengthening parent engagement, and ensuring a seamless admissions journey aligned with Brainbridge’s educational philosophy and growth vision.

The Head of Admissions will oversee the admissions team, optimize processes, and work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and academic teams to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team to ensure high performance
• Oversee end-to-end admissions operations, including enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
• Monitor admissions data, reports, and forecasts to improve decision-making
• Build strong relationships with parents, feeder schools, and community stakeholders
• Ensure consistent, professional, and empathetic parent experiences
• Develop and refine admission policies, SOPs, and communication standards
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5–7 years of experience in admissions, sales, or enrollment leadership
• Prior experience in international schools or educational institutions is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
• Data-driven approach to planning and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• MBA in Sales & Marketing / International Business or equivalent certification
• Degree or certification from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred
