A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject. Advanced degrees and certifications, such as a Master’s in Education or specific IB/CBSE certifications, are highly valued.
Applicants should hold a recognized teaching certification such as a B.Ed., IB Certification, or equivalent.
A proven track record of teaching, ideally with 3+ years of experience in an international or national school setting. Experience with the International Baccalaureate (IB) or CBSE curriculum is preferred.
Strong communication skills, a passion for student-centered learning, and the ability to engage students through innovative teaching methods. Teachers should be adaptable, creative, and ready to work in a dynamic learning environment.

Once your application is shortlisted, you’ll move to the next stage of the process, which includes both an interview and a demo class. Here’s what you can expect
You will have a detailed discussion with our leadership team, where we’ll assess your teaching experience, values, and fit within the school’s culture. Be prepared to talk about your educational philosophy, classroom management strategies, and how you’ve adapted to challenges in your previous roles.
As part of the interview process, you’ll be asked to conduct a demo lesson. This is your opportunity to showcase your teaching style, how you interact with students, and your ability to deliver engaging, interactive lessons. We look for creativity, clarity, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
During this stage, we’ll discuss how you can contribute to our IB/CBSE curriculum and your approach to curriculum development. We value teachers who can bring fresh ideas and enhance our academic programs.
Based on your performance in the interview and demo class, we’ll determine if you’re a good fit for our school’s culture and vision.
