Brainbridge International School is seeking enthusiastic and people-oriented Admissions Officers to support our admissions and parent-engagement processes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with families, guiding them through important decisions, and representing a school that values holistic and child-centric education.
As an Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective parents and play a vital role in creating a warm, informative, and reassuring admissions experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission enquiries from parents through walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Guide parents through the admissions process, documentation, and timelines
- Conduct school tours and explain Brainbridge’s philosophy, curriculum, and facilities
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain accurate admissions records
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to support enrolment goals
- Participate in admission events, open houses, and outreach activities
- Ensure a positive and professional parent experience at every touchpoint
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Basic understanding of sales, counselling, or admissions processes
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools (preferred)
- Experience in school admissions or education sector is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Any Degree or Diploma
- Certification in Marketing & Sales is mandatory or highly preferred
