Brainbridge International School is seeking enthusiastic and people-oriented Admissions Officers to support our admissions and parent-engagement processes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with families, guiding them through important decisions, and representing a school that values holistic and child-centric education.

As an Admissions Officer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective parents and play a vital role in creating a warm, informative, and reassuring admissions experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries from parents through walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital platforms
• Guide parents through the admissions process, documentation, and timelines
• Conduct school tours and explain Brainbridge’s philosophy, curriculum, and facilities
• Follow up with prospective parents and maintain accurate admissions records
• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to support enrolment goals
• Participate in admission events, open houses, and outreach activities
• Ensure a positive and professional parent experience at every touchpoint

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
• Basic understanding of sales, counselling, or admissions processes
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools (preferred)
• Experience in school admissions or education sector is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Any Degree or Diploma
• Certification in Marketing & Sales is mandatory or highly preferred
