Brainbridge International School is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to support our growth and expansion initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about education, strategic partnerships, and building long-term relationships with parents, communities, and stakeholders.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the school’s market presence, driving admissions-related growth, and supporting institutional partnerships aligned with Brainbridge’s vision of holistic and future-ready education.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to support admissions and institutional growth
• Identify and build relationships with potential partners, corporate groups, and community networks
• Plan and manage outreach programs, school promotions, and engagement activities
• Collaborate closely with the admissions, marketing, and leadership teams
• Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics to improve effectiveness
• Represent Brainbridge International School at events, meetings, and forums
• Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
• Experience in the education sector or international schools is an added advantage
  Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• MBA in Marketing / International Business or equivalent certification
• Degree or certification from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred
