Job Description

Brainbridge International School is looking for experienced and strategic Finance & Accounts Managers to lead and manage the institution’s financial and accounting functions. This role is critical in ensuring financial discipline, statutory compliance, and effective financial planning to support the school’s operations and long-term growth.

The Finance & Accounts Manager will oversee finance teams, accounting processes, and financial reporting while working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end finance and accounts operations
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, audits, and regulatory filings
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and fee reconciliation
• Monitor internal controls, financial policies, and risk management
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounts team
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants
• Provide financial insights and MIS reports to management for decision-making

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounts roles
• Mandatory experience in team handling and leadership
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in educational institutions or large organizations is an added advantage

Qualifications

• CA / CS / ICWA / CA Inter
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
• Diploma holders with significant relevant experience may also be considered
