Job Description
Brainbridge International School is seeking experienced and strategic Procurement Managers to lead and manage procurement operations across the institution. This role is critical in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven sourcing of goods and services while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliance standards.
The Procurement Manager will oversee procurement planning, vendor management, negotiations, and team coordination to support smooth school operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end procurement activities for the school
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors in line with quality and cost standards
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize procurement agreements
- Oversee inventory planning in coordination with store and admin teams
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and financial guidelines
- Monitor budgets, cost controls, and procurement efficiency
- Lead, guide, and manage the procurement team
- Prepare procurement reports, MIS, and forecasts for management review
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Mandatory experience in team handling and leadership
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes, compliance, and cost optimization
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, admin, and operations teams
- Experience in educational institutions or large organizations is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered
